My daughter came in for her little finger nail and everyone was really helpful. The Doctor took time to explain everything in very good English making it very easy to understand and very reassuring. The care is first class and every member of staff are friendly and helpful,

I also had a problem with swollen ankles, called the Doctor out and was asked to attend the centre, they did a full examination, some tests and explained exactly what they were doing. Very reassuring and I really felt they had me at the centre of care and not the cost of treatment.

I can only recommend them, a first class service from initial call to discharge.

Imagine being 15,000kms away from home, a little frightened (with a nasty bite) and it being Sunday morning at 7am! My husband called Rethymno Medical Assistance and was answered immediately. We were told which branch was open on Sunday and to be there at 9am. There's no waiting time (I saw three or four other patients come in with no waiting as well) and they speak a multitude of languages. My female doctor Emanuella was kind, gentle and so caring. They even wrote down directions for one of two pharmacies open on a Sunday. And, the follow up consultation is included in the very reasonable charge. We don't get that in Australia!!! They made a very scary situation so easy. Thank you to the full team.
